I’ve always been a great fan of Suunto and this is a great, if slightly dated product. The fact that it doesn’t have exactly all of the features of some of the newer ones means it will be a fair bit cheaper.

The great feature that I like most is that it gives you a constant update of your vertical speed (ie how fast your are climbing or descending) which is great for gauaging progress.

On the downside is that I’ve also found that the face can get a bit scratched in use.

In short a good value product though quite large.
